Pancakes

FOR THE DOUGH

250 g Wheat flour (Type 405)

2 - 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar

2 Tsp Baking powder

1 pinch

Salt

2 Eggs (Gr. M)

200 ml Milk

Some Edible Oil (e.g. Sunflower oil)

Some maple syrup for garnish

Some berries to garnish


Method

Mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs and milk and mix everything into a smooth dough. Put some oil in a non stick pan and heat on medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of dough to the pan. The pancakes should have a diameter of about 10 cm..


Every pancake approx. for 2 minutes cooking until small bubbles form, then turn around and cook from the other side as well . Turn onto warm plate


Garnish and serve pancakes with berries and maple syrup.
